Ocean El Faro (El Beso) Punta Cana, Dominican Republic 

As my first solo vacation, this resort has a very special place to my heart, I went for the week of new years eve 2026 which was amazing it it self with the dance show, great music and the amazing firework  made it an unforgettable new years eve party.

The entertainment at the "party pool" side with the blue team was very entertaining, the games, the foam party, the Aqua-areobics class were so fun.

I had a junior suite in Building 16 on the ground floor which was amazing as i could use the patio door to access  directly to the pool the room was clean, beautiful and very spacious. The shower had 2 separate rain shower head, 2 hand held shower head, 2 separate tempeture controler perfect for couple traveling together.

The canope king bed mattress and pillows (6)  were comfortable, I personally appreciated that there was no gross comforter but a top sheet , a blanket and a décorative liner on top. 

The food at the El Mercado buffet was good with a lot of varieties. I personnaly did not try the restaurants as you have to reserve in advance.

Privilege accommodation 

El Beso side is an Adult only section of El Faro : rooms and pools are kids free yet kids are around  in restaurants/buffet, at the Plaza and shows, whitch make this accommodation not 100% kids free but still pretty enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay, felt very safe, had a blast, friendly staff, great food and drinks and hope to return soon!
